ISLAMABAD, Aug 02 (APP):The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has announced 10 days extension in last date for payment of electricity bills on directives of the Prime Minister.
Now the consumers could pay their bills without paying any late payment surcharge, said Chief Engineer Commercial Arif Khan Sadduzai in a statement issued here Friday.
He said that those consumers who had already paid their bills for month of July with late payment surcharge (LPS), their LPS would be adjusted in the coming bills for August.
He said the IESCO Commercial Directorate has already issued necessary directives to all field formations, banks and post offices. The consumers could also contact their concern SDO offices, Revenue offices or IESCO customers Services Centres for necessary guidelines, Arif Khan said.
